Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Refunds apply to the item price only; shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
