We ship all orders using USPS First Class Mail with calculated shipping rates at checkout. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Processing Time
All items are handmade. Orders typically ship within the processing time listed on each product page. During busy seasons or for custom items, processing times may vary.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on USPS and may vary based on your location. Once your package is shipped, tracking information will be provided. Karen’s Artistic Touches is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS. While we cannot control postal delays, we’ll do everything we can to assist.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
